International Students from College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts Won Top Prize in International Competition

We are proudly to announce that theinternationalstudents from College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts madeexcellent achievements in China (Boao) Piano Art Festival, in Sichuan Contesting District and the Finals.

In December 2018,out of more than 500 contestants from Sichuan province,

the awards were given to:

1st prize: Marco Levi

2nd prize: Ewa Płociennik

4th prize: Wilson Casallas

Honorable mention: Xia Jiaqi

These4 students advanced to the final roundof the contestin January 2019 at the Boao Asia Forum, wherethefinalists enjoyed 5-star hotel accommodation, free food, free travelling in Hainan, and an application fee waiver worth 2000 RMB.

In the Finals, Marco Levi, Wilson David Casallas Palomo and Ewa Płociennik were all awarded with Gold prize.Furthermore,theAudienceAward went to Ewa Płociennik,she also received the highest jury score.

Moreover,5 students of Pavel Raykerus and Patrick Lechner won top prizes in the Sichuan pre-selection of LSH Asia Youth competition.These 5 students advanced to the final round in July 2019 in Singapore.
