Xia Liwei, lecturer of Academy of Film, Television and Animation, Chengdu University, graduated from Rochester University of Technology majoring in 3D Animation, and gained master's degree in Southeast Missouri State University majoring in fine arts. After graduation, he worked as a 3D artist in the animation and special effects department of Turner, the largest TV Group in the United States. He mainly participated in the production of animation, special effects, advertising and making film titles of CNN, CN, TNT, NBA TV and other TV channels.
