The Cultivation of Creative Artists via "Integration -Inclusion -Convergence -Attract Talent under the Background of New Liberal Arts" submitted by the School of Fine Arts and Design of the College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts was approved.

The project actively innovates the training model of art talents with a new liberal arts vision via promoting the internal disciplines integration of art and literature, art and engineering, art and agriculture, and art and medicine. Additionally, it has established a system of "Integration -Inclusion -Convergence -Attract Talent," cultivating new-type artistic talents with artistic creativity, scientific thinking ability, and philosophical speculative capability.

According to reports, the first batch of new liberal arts research and reform practice projects of the Ministry of Education has been undergone many procedures, including unit recommendation, Internet evaluation, conference review, online publicity, and others. Finally, 1011 new liberal arts research and reform practice projects have been approved. Only 64 projects have been approved nationwide under the "Construction Practice of New Liberal Arts in the Field of Arts" project, with Sichuan Province receiving only four approvals.
