Heyang Tuomei Ciren is a Tibetan. He is Vice President of the School of Music and Dance of College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts of Chengdu University, a member of expert pool (in arts) of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department and President of Chengdu National Folk Dancers Association. He is an expert dancer of UNESCO Arts Education as well as a visiting professor and outstanding visiting scholar of the University of Auckland.
