Jiang Lina is the head of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, National First-class Performer and a member of the Chinese Musicians Association. She is currently Distinguished Academic President of the School of Music and Dance of College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts of Chengdu University. In December 2017, The Song of Hometown, written by Xi Murong, composed by Lv Xuedong and performed by Jiang Lina, won the Best Original Song (Folk Music) of the 10^th China Golden Disc Awards.
