Liu Suihai, Professor, is currently a member of the Second Session Campus Academic Committee of Chengdu University, Deputy Director of Professor Committee of Chengdu University, Chairman of Degree Evaluation Sub-Committee of Department of Fine Arts, a member of China Artists Association, Director of Sichuan Artists Association and Executive Director of Chengdu Artists Association. He isa delegate of Sichuan Provincial People's Congress, and the counselor of Chengdu Municipal People’s Government. He studied in the National Academy of Arts and Sciences of Belarus, Nanjing University of the Arts, and Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University.
