Xiang Chaochu isanAssociateProfessor andMasterSupervisor. He hasobtainedhis master's degree in Sichuan Conservatory of Music and aPh.D. candidatein Assumption University of Thailand. He isamember of Chinese Television Artists Association, Sichuan Television Artists Association, the full-time researcher of Sichuan Animation Research Center, and the young talents of " OutstandingYouthTeachers SelectionPlan " of Chengdu University.

His research is mainly about animation theory. Heapplied forand participated in 7 national, provincial and department-leveltopics; He published a textbook, and also published 23 papers, including three CSSCI journal papers, two core papers of Peking University, three core papers of university-level and one Scopus Index paper. A total of 19 students weresupervisedby him to win awards and honors in the Competition of Original Animation of University Students and other multidisciplinary competitions of Sichuan University.
