Wong Kie Ming,aMalaysian master vocalstudent from College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts, was nominated for the finals in two international music competitions. He won the gold medalin theSEGI International Music Competition(vocalopen category) and the second prizein the 2ndUniversity of MalayaInternational MusicCompetition (vocalprofessional category).

Wong Kie Ming, amaster vocal student from College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts, won the second prize in the vocal solo professional category of the competition.

Dr. Mohd Nasir Bin Hashim, the Dean of the Cultural Centre of the University of Malaya, took a group photo with the winners.
