The golden autumn brings coolness, and friendship endures. Melodies of different civilizations interweave, playing "echoes" across borders on campus. From October 31 to November 1, Spale Spasojević (Serbian), a master's graduate of the 2018 Music major (Violin Performance), returned to his alma mater to attend the college's "Echoes of the World" Concert and participate in the alumni forum, continuing the story of cultural and artistic exchanges between Chinese and Serbian youth.

On October 31st, Spale Spasojević, together with teachers and students from International Department, walked into the Alumni Home and visited this common home for alumni under the guidance of Ms. Wang Yandan from the Alumni Affairs Office. Ms. Wang gave a detailed introduction to the university's development achievements in recent years and presented the growth cases of alumni from previous sessions as well as videos of homecoming activities. Combining his own experiences, Spale Spasojević affectionately recalled the little moments of his study life at his alma mater—the warm times and daily trivialities of learning with classmates in the practice rooms, library and dormitories.

Subsequently, at the alumni forum, Spale Spasojević said, "Seeing the familiar campus and faces, it feels like I'm back to my study days seven years ago." He recalled the scenes of organizing concerts with classmates and shared his career journey: after graduation, he was fortunate to teach at Kosta Manojlovic National Music School and Yamaha International Music School. "Every step of my growth is inseparable from the cross-cultural perspective nurtured by my alma mater."
Student representatives at the scene actively raised questions about career development, among which the question "How to find an ideal job after graduation" resonated with everyone. Faced with the confusion of younger students, Spale Spasojević sincerely shared his insights based on his own job-hunting and teaching experiences: "The accumulation during university is crucial. During school, the refinement of professional skills, the cultivation of cross-cultural communication abilities, and the experience of participating in various practical activities are the most solid foundations for future career pursuits. My smooth employment at two prestigious music schools is attributed to the systematic professional training at my alma mater and the experience accumulated from frequent participation in Sino-foreign cultural exchange activities back then." He added that job seekers should clearly demonstrate their core strengths while maintaining an open mindset: "Fully leveraging the accumulation during university will help you firmly seize opportunities when they come."

On the evening of November 1st, the "Echoes of the World" Concert was staged at the Concert Hall of Chengdu ASEAN Art Center. In this performance, Spale Spasojević collaborated with his juniors and juniors with great tacit understanding. From refining details during rehearsals to echoing rhythms on stage, every note embodied the cross-generational musical resonance. Their exquisite performance won bursts of applause from the audience, successfully co-presenting a high-level concert.
