Chingiz Osmanov & Pavel Raykerus Violin and Piano Recital

Expert Introduction

Chingiz Osmanov
A distinguished violinist from St. Petersburg and a solo performer, Osmanov is a direct inheritor of the St. Petersburg violin school. Born in Leningrad in 1982, he graduated from the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory (class of Professor M. Gantvarg). He was awarded the Special Prize for "Best Performance of a Virtuoso Work" at the 2nd International Jascha Heifetz Competition (Vilnius, 2007). Former concertmaster and principal conductor of the St. Petersburg State Academic Symphony Orchestra, he also performed with the "St. Petersburg Soloists" chamber ensemble. Currently, he serves as Artistic Director of both the "St. Petersburg Camerata" chamber orchestra and the "Auer.Heritage" International Violin Festival, while previously holding a professorship at the St. Petersburg Conservatory.

Pavel Raykerus
Holding a doctorate from the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory, Raykerus studied under Professor A. Sandler, a Merited Artist of Russia. He has won first prizes at prestigious international piano competitions including the Russian Prokofiev International Piano Competition, European Cultural Foundation's "Pro Europe" Gold Medal, and Karol Szymanowski International Piano Competition. Beyond competitive achievements, he has collaborated with world-class orchestras and conductors, performing at venues such as the Louisiana Concert Hall (Copenhagen), Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), and Laeiszhalle (Hamburg). An active pedagogue, he conducts global masterclasses and has mentored multiple prize-winning students at international piano competitions.

Expert Introduction

Titik Parmuji
Associate Professor at the Central Conservatory of Music and Indonesian dance instructor, Parmuji was born in Boyolali, Central Java, Indonesia, and began studying dance as a child. During high school, she received systematic training in modern arts education. She graduated in 2006 with a degree in Dance from the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Surakarta (STSI). Since then, she has taught at multiple institutions in Indonesia and China while participating extensively in international exchange programs.

Risnandar
Associate Professor at the Central Conservatory of Music and instructor of Indonesian gamelan performance practice, Risnandar was born into a family of gamelan artists in Wonogiri, Central Java, Indonesia. He learned gamelan through oral tradition from his parents as a child before receiving formal modern arts training in high school. He subsequently earned his bachelor's and master's degrees at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Surakarta (ISI Surakarta). Since 2012, he has conducted numerous gamelan teaching activities, workshops, compositions, and performances in China.

Expert Introduction

Rosalam Che Me is a doctoral supervisor in the Industrial Design Department of the Faculty of Design and Architecture at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). In 2017, he successfully obtained his Ph.D. in Design (Industrial/Engineering Design) from Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI), Italy, and subsequently joined the Industrial Design Department. Currently, he is a member of the Built Environment Informatics (BEI) and the Invention, Technology & Design (InvenTeD) research group at FRSB, as well as an Associate Fellow at UPM’s Malaysian Research Institute on Ageing (MyAgeing).

Rosalam Che Me has published over 20 journal papers and conference proceedings, co-authored 3 books, and successfully secured multiple intellectual property rights for his innovations, including 2 patents and 5 copyrights. Additionally, he has completed 3 funded projects as either a principal investigator or team member and is currently leading 2 more. Recently, he was appointed as a member of the Innovation Commercialization Task Force at UPM’s Putra Science Park (PSP) and serves as Associate Editor for the International Journal of Sustainable Tropical Design Research and Practice (ALAM CIPTA).

Throughout his academic career, Rosalam Che Me has participated in numerous local and international seminars and conferences, and in 2024, he chaired the International Symposium on Industrial Design, Technology, and Manufacturing (InDTeM).
